We are now looking for a Client Success Specialist to join us on our mission to create a great atmosphere everywhere!

Who we are, and what we’re building!
We’re on a mission to create a great atmosphere wherever you are! We do that through state-of-the-art sensors that capture the sound image, analyse the data and automatically adjust the music volume in the hospitality industry. We have already gained good market traction in the Nordics and are now working on our international expansion.
Our current team of 11 consists of engineers, finance, marketers, client success, and sales and we have built both the company and the product from the ground up.
What will you do?
As a client success specialist, you will be Waved’s face and voice towards all our clients and an important ambassador for our brand and our reputation. You understand the needs of clients and share this knowledge internally. You will be responsible for continuously improving and streamlining the way we work with our clients and ensuring good and efficient client experiences and development.
Waved consists of a physical and a digital product and the customer journey therefore consists of several components, you will play an important role throughout the client journey right from when the sale has taken place. This includes organising installations, installing the product, and ensuring that the clients have a seamless experience during onboarding of the digital platform and that the client’s needs are met.
The role involves physical presence at the client´s venues and you will have the opportunity to travel both abroad and domestically.
- Client and partner support via email, phone, and physical meetings.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and take care of clients in line with our guidelines
- Contribute to building a framework for processes for onboarding and client follow-up.
- Work proactively and identify potential challenges early
- Contribute to discussions related to onboarding, client success, and product development.
- Installation of the product at the client’s venue.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who can join our client success team. You will work directly with client satisfaction and also contribute to the development of the product. We want someone who is ambitious and motivated to build this with us.
It’s a benefit, but not a requirement, that you have some of these experiences:
- Client Success experience
- Proven track record of hitting goals and numbers
- Fluent in English
- Ability to learn the basis of the technology and apply that to business situations
